We have required a deposit payment or even full payment for every booking made. Should you be on a trip with one of our team you can pass your deposit payment to the team. When do I get a confirmation email?In most cases, you will receive a booking acknowledgment when you just making a booking however, the final confirmation is only sent after payment has been made. this email also functions as the booking voucher which will be sent within 5 minutes after the payment has been verified by our team. If you still haven't received it after that time, please check your junk mail and/or spam filters.

We take into consideration our client's convenience and price competitiveness. Therefore, we have TWO Price Options for our tours which include: 1. Car, Driver, and Gasoline 2. Car, Driver, Guide ( English Speaking Guide) and Gasoline THE PRICES EXCLUDE: During your trip, you may visit some interesting places where you need to pay other fees on your expenses such as parking fees, donations, entrance fees, rental equipment ( bike, snorkeling equipment), cooking class fees, boat charter, local guide fees, meals, and other personal expenses that you may have to pay on the spot.

How can I cancel my booking?You can cancel your booking online on the LtripX website or app ( please sign up to be able to see your booking details). Any cancellation fees are determined by the property or service provider and it is listed in your cancellation policy when you make a booking.
